Zachary Tan (Previous Rank: #1) DART Swimming Davis, CA**Verbally committed to Cal** Best Times: One big reason this class reminds me of the class of 2017 is how much Buff reminds me of #1 recruit in the 2017 classRyan Hoffer. The milers have made major strides, and this might be the best mile class weve seen in years. Keep an eye on the IMs, where hes got a lot of work to do, but does have intriguing times of 1:50 and 3:59 to work with. Hes not far out of the top 200 IM time in the class, and is also 2:03.9 in long course meters.
